  • Salesforce & Siebel Integration

    System Partners was invited by a global Australian Financial Services provider to design a connector between two CRM systems. Currently, Salesforce and Siebel CRM are in use by separate departments. Our consultants were involved from start, organising workshops, mapping processes, analysis and development in order to design a connector between the two systems. The connector now synchronises data from Siebel to Salesforce overnight, and Salesforce to Siebel.

  • Salesforce Client Workflow

    A large Australian retail bank invited System Partners to design Sales workflows in Salesforce.com in order to improve user adoption and increase efficiency. To ensure a successful delivery, the Project Team captured requirements, mapped internal business processes, and used Eclipse, Apex/Visualforce and Conga as development tools. The project is considered as a success with a deployment in under 50 days. It resulted in an increase of user adoption and subsequently shortened the opportunity conversion rates.
